Apartment with shared swimming pool and private terrace overlooking the sea, in the elegant resort of Ospedaletti, in an oasis of peace and tranquility of western Liguria.

The apartment, ideal choice to spend a vacation of absolute relaxation, is located on the first floor with a lift and consists of an open space living room furnished with a sofa and two armchair beds, a bookcase, a television and a recently renovated kitchenette equipped with everything guests may need including a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Walking further, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub also equipped with shower and grab bar. At guests' disposal there are also comforts such as free WI-FI and heating.
A wonderful element that distinguishes this refined apartment is the large terrace from which guests can enjoy a picturesque view of the Gulf of Ospedaletti, considered one of the most appreciated of western Liguria, also for the climate which has been declared the mildest of Liguria, in addition to pure air made healthy by the sea breeze, full of iodine and numerous large green oasis.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

The city of Sanremo is just 5 minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot, through the famous bike path that connects the two towns. The French Riviera is 15 minutes away by freeway.
