The beautiful estate combines the charm of Mallorcan construction, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings... with 120 m² of habitable surface, ideal for 3 people.
It has a comfortable living-dining room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi and a large fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you may need to cook as a family.
One bedroom, with air conditioning, a double bed and a 0.90 bed and two bathrooms, one interior and one exterior, complete the rest areas.

The cosy farmhouse attracts attention especially for its beautiful and well-maintained outdoor area. In the lovely garden, you will find all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several seating and/or resting areas.
The 11x5 m swimming pool provides relaxation and fun on hot summer days.
