The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
