The villa is surrounded by spacious terraces that invite you to sunbathe, barbecue, or simply enjoy the surroundings. Why not start your holiday with breakfast in the mild morning sun on the covered terrace? Or perhaps with a few refreshing laps in the magnificent pool? The house has space for everyone: from couples to families or a holiday with friends. It is equipped with a total of 2 shower bathrooms. On the upper floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 shower bathroom. Additionally, there is a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sunset or, in the other direction, the view of Mount San Salvador. The ground floor offers a large living-dining area, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. Cooler evenings can be spent by our 1.50M large open fireplace, to wind down the day. The spacious kitchen is equipped with, for example, a large Ilve gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, plenty of crockery, cutlery, and glasses, etc. Since the villa is a family house, it also caters to the little ones. There are cribs and high chairs. So, all the comfort for a successful holiday. The villa is wonderfully quiet and idyllic in the middle of the countryside. A car rarely passes by, as it is not on a thoroughfare. During a short walk along the field paths, one enjoys the diversity of herbs, fruits, and plants. This means relaxation for all involved.

Wunderschöne Finca, sehr nette Vermieterin, manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht auch das besondere Flair. Genialer Pool!
