The apartment is rented on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, private pool and the pool terrace. During the rental, the apartment on the 1st floor is not used by the owners, but if you want you can use the terrace with it and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Roses. On approximately 90m2 there are two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and adjoining living / dining room with direct access to the terrace.
