Descrizione
Very spacious and comfortable penthouse located on the second floor of a quiet building. It has two spacious bedrooms, a cozy lounge with satellite TV, a fairly complete kitchen, three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtube) and two terraces. All windows in the house have electric shutters. One of the terraces is a huge private terrace located on the top floor of the apartment. Both terraces are very sunny and from them you can enjoy fantastic views to the “Solana Matorral” beach and to the white lighthouse of Jandia. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your vacation, also linen and towels, both bath and beach towels. There is free WiFi as a courtesy to our guests. We welcome guests personally.

Immaculate, roomy, and flooded with natural light place
Jazmin was an amazing host, communication with her was very easy. The terraces offered breathtaking views of the beach and lighthouse, morning coffee there was a dream. And the apartment came fully equipped with everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.
Super Aussicht
Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht.
Great place, spacious, bright and with a magnificent view of the beach
It is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets, and a little longer walk to get to the center of Morro Jable. It is a two story unit with plenty of space, I highly recommend it.
Neatly clean apartment
Neat, spacious and a clean apartment on the top floor. Very nice view, quite quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the boulevard and 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Toller Urlaub, Erholung pur, großartiger Ausblick
Wir haben hier einen großartigen Familienurlaub (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe mit der riesigen Dachterasse als absolutes Highlight. Der Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht von Jandia lässt einem jeden Morgen das Herz aufgehen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlen lediglich eine Spülmaschine und ein Backofen. Jasmin war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und immer erfolgreich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Unser Lieblingsort in Morro
Wir waren nun schon einige Male im Süden Fuerteventuras im Penthouse untergebracht und waren kein einziges mal Enttäuscht, viel eher kommen wir sehr gerne hierher.
Der Ausblick bei Tag und auch bei Nacht, ein Traum. Die Ausstattung super!
Mit dem Auto vom Flughafen braucht man ca. eine Stunde, zum Stand sind es bergab etwa 10 Min, bis man auch am Wasser ist etwa 20 Min.
Die Strandpromenade ist in der Nähe und eine Wanderung zum Radioturm (hin + zurück) lohnt sich ebenfalls.
Jazmín organisert sehr gut, Wünsche werden berücksichtigt, TOP!
Wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Aussicht auf den Leuchtturm und den Strand ist wirklich spektakulär!
Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Sämtliche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Restaurant Taberuga gegenüber dem Leuchtturm ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Verwalterin Frau Granell spricht sehr gut deutsch, ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Sämtliche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Top Wohnung zu ordentlichem Preis.!!!
Unser Urlaub war wie immer angenehm/ in sehr gut ausgestattetem Appartement mit wunderschönem Meerblick von der Dachterasse und der Terasse darunter. Der Kontakt zu Frau Granell ist total problemlos und einwandfrei. Wir freuen uns immer wieder, hier sein zu können. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen/ gemütliches Wohnzimmer/ sehr gut ausgestattete Küche/ Es fehlt an nichts. Hier fühlt man sich wohl/ Entspannung und gutes Wetter inclusive. Die Nähe zum Strand/ Geschäften/Restaurants lässt den Fußweg vergessen..alles auch bis zur Wohnung mit dem Auto erreichbar. DANKE an Frau Granell für ihre gute Organisation und den guten Kontakt.!!!

Nice apartment with all the necessary things. A superb roof terrace with stunning views. Especially the spectular sunrise every morning from over the sea.
The apartment is on a good location to explore Jandia. The center of Morro Jable is on a 20 minute walk.
Check-in and check-out is very smooth, and Jazmin gives all the necessary information to have a successful stay.

Urlaub Fuerteventura
Die Wohnung mit spektakulärer Dachterrasse war uns schon durch einen vorigen Aufenthalt bekannt. Gerade die sehr großzügige Dachterasse hat es uns angetan, mit gutem Blick auf das Meer und Umgebung. Zum Wohlfühlen ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Kleines Manko ist die fehlende Spülmaschine. Aber damit lässt es sich leben.
Der Kontakt zu Frau Granell ist unproblematisch. Sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr und versucht passende Lösungen zu finden.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch jederzeit wieder buchen.

tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit Tochter und Enkeltochter in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Blick zum Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Sehr positiv war die Betreuung durch die verantwortliche für die Wohnung. Jazmin. Ihr gilt auch unser besonderer Dank.

Fantastic apartment!
One of the best apartments we've stayed in. Very well equipped, stunning views from the balconies and roof top terrace. Would love to have stayed longer but will definitely be back. Good base for beaches and loads of good restaurants within walking distance.
Apartment more than lived up to the photos, wifi was great and correspondence with Jazmin meant everything ran very smoothly.

Traumurlaub
Allein schon das Wetter schaffte die allerbesten Voraussetzungen für einen Traumurlaub. Die Angaben und die Fotos stimmen 100% mit der Realität überein. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Bäder ! Ausstattung i.O., bitte noch um Weingläser ergänzen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist einmalig, insbesondere nach dem Wachwerden. Die Matratzen der Liegen auf der Terrasse könnten erneuert werden. Hilfreich wäre dort auch ein stabiler Sonnenschirm. Auf dem Balkon wäre ebenfalls ein Sonnenschutz zu empfehlen: Stabiler Schirm u./o. Markise. Diese Kritik ändert überhaupt nichts an dem tollen Gesamteindruck des Penthouses. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen. Toll, dass Jazmin so gut Deutsch spricht ! Eine sehr liebenswerte, freundliche und höfliche Person !!!

nach unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine helle,sehr gepflegte,gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz und wunderschönem Meerblick. Superschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und großzügig. Viele Kleinigkeiten für den täglichen Gebrauch sind vorhanden. Die Terasse hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wegbeschreibung und Übergabe der Schlüssel waren unproblematisch. Frau Gazell ist eine sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Man kann gut zu Fuß in das Zentrum von Morro Jable und an den Strand laufen, insbesondere der alte Teil von Morro Jable ist gut am Strand entlang zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants.Wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Sehr große, helle, saubere, modern eingerichtete Fewo, super Ausblick
Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Fewo war sehr sauber und gepflegt, dazu vor allem groß und hell und die Aussicht ist großartig, Dusche mit Meerblick :) Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war sehr angenehm und problemlos.

Die Wohnung entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Der Zustand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, einschl. kostenlosem WLAN. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich groß und es gibt Sonne den ganzen Tag. Der Blick ist lediglich atemberaubend. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
