Modern villa (approx. 165 m²) renovated in 2019, located in the hills of Moclinejo with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea to Málaga – and on a clear day, even as far as Africa. Particularly impressive at sunset and at night. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the view into the house. On two floors: open-plan living/dining area with wood-burning stove, guest WC and fully equipped kitchen; upstairs two spacious bedrooms with high-quality en-suite bathrooms and balcony. Private pool with bench, sun terraces with pergola, central heating and fireplace. Pool, air conditioning and heating are digitally controlled. Large plot (8,500 m²), of which approx. 1,000 m² is fenced off and not visible from the outside. Beach approx. 12 minutes, Málaga old town approx. 25 minutes (depending on traffic).

Come arrivare
At the airport on the highway to ganada, Sevilla. After 10 minutes, the diversion comes to Granada / Seville. Direction Ameria / Rincon drive after 10 minutes comes the departure Rincon de la Victoria. The road to follow Moclinejo (about 10 minutes).

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhaftem Blick. Nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns einen unvergesslichen Ausflug (Caminito del Rey) ermöglicht haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Ihrer Villa , alles wie beschrieben und wie es die Bilder aussagen. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht findet sie hier mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Das kleine Dorf Moclinejo mit seinen weißen Häusern läd zum Spaziergang mit einem feuchten Zwischenstopp auf dem Marktplatz ein. Auch Malaga und Granada sind ein Ausflug wert. Also wir hatten einen unvergälichen schönen Urlaub und werden Ihre Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Villa... Mega Ausblick. Zum Meer in 10 min. Haben es sehr genossen... Auf der Terrasse, im Pool und natürlich in der super schönen Gegend. Zu empfehlen ist auf alle Fälle die Buggy Tour...

tolle villa mit fantastischem meerblick
haben in dieser villa einen traumhaften 14 tägigen urlaub verbracht, einzelheiten sind hier nicht hervorzuheben da dass gesamtpaket einfach stimmt. die exponierete lage der villa ist einfach nur ein traum, das nahe örtchen moclinejo liebenswert und das nur wenige kilometer entfernte malaga hat uns mit seiner sehenswerten altstadt überrascht. abgerundet wurde der tolle aufenthalt durch den eigentümer holger, der mit seinen insidertipps den marco polo führer ersetzt hat und jederzeit bei bedarf mit rat und tat zur seite stand. es fiel uns schwer die villa axarquia wieder zu verlassen ....

Urlaub der Extraklasse
Wir durften 2 traumhafte Wochen im Juni 2016 in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen.Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die 2 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem großen Bad,Wc, und Zugang zum Balkon. Im Untergeschoss findet man die überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer,einen separaten Essbereich,und ein drittes Wc. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich fabelhaft. Aber das absolute Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit einer riesigen sonnengeschützten Lounge, großen Esstisch , 4 hochwertigen Liegen und einen großen Pool, von dem man einen atemberaubenden Blick bis nach Malaga hat. Das 2te Highlight sind Holger und Yoko selbst. Wir hatten noch nie so nette und bemühte Vermieter(Danke nochmals für die Tapastour in Malaga und die geile Buggytour). Wir kommen 100%ig wieder. Super Urlaub
Wir (2 Ehepare 50+) haben eine Woche einen super Urlaub erlebt in diese Villa. Villa kan man mit recht sagen: wunderbare Schlafzimmer und Betten, herrlich geschalfen, Badezimmer mit alles d'rum und d'rauf. Küche komplett mit grosser Kühlschrank. Haus sehr sauber. Und ja, die Terrasse mit Pool und lounge Ecke: unvergesslich! Sehr gross, sehr ruhig (fast still und das muss man wollen), und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Hügel mit schöner Natur, auf den Hafen von Malaga und auf das Mittelmehr. Alles hat gepasst und und sehr positiv überrascht. Wenn wir die Möglichkeit hätten würden wir sofort wieder gehen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wim Devens, Maastricht, Niederlande

Wir hatten wirklich sehr schone Ferien in Villa Axarquia. Was Mann sieht in die Annonce ist auch da, nichts ist ubertrieben.
Der Ausstattung ist Komplet und das Haus sehr gemutlich.
Wir hatten unsere beste Urlaub in Jahren, obwohl das Wetter naturlich eine grosse Rolle spielte.
Vorallem der Sonnenuntergang uber die Bucht von Malaga war spektakular. Wir haben jeden Abend draussen gesessen um mit ein Glas Wein alles zu geniessen.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in sehr gepflegtem Ambiente
Wir haben eine superschöne Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten Ambiente verbracht. Die gezeigten Fotos zur Aussenanlage und zu den Zimmern etc. sind so, wie man es auch erwarten darf. Alles sehr sauber und in gepflegtem Zustand. Vor allem die Aussenanlage mit Pool, Sonnenliegen, überdachter SitzLounge (Schatten), Tischtennispl., Essbereich und Grill sowie der wunderschöne Garten haben es uns angetan! Da kann man es sogar mit 4 "pubertierenden" Jugendlichen eine Woche sehr entspannt aushalten. Einkaufen kann man unten an der Küste im Riesen-Supermarkt sowie im "TanteEmma-Supermarkt" im nahegelegenen Bergdorf Moclinejo. Wichtig bzw. sehr empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen sowie eine gute vorausschauende Verpflegungsplanung. Es hat uns praktisch an nichts gefehlt und haben schöne Erinnerungen.
2. Mal in diesem Haus
Im Jahre 1996 waren wir schon in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Leider hat das Wetter überhaupt nicht mitgespielt - es war sehr kalt, regnerisch - ok es war Ende Oktober. Nun sind wir Mitte September 2010 nochmals für 2 Wochen gegangen. Ja, herrlich, diese Aussicht ist einmalig. Das Haus, inkl. Einrichtung sehr gepflegt.
Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal dieses Haus für unsere Ferien mieten. Die Bilder sind keine Lüge - es sieht so aus.
