High quality refurbished house, 2 bedrooms, infinity pool, wooden terrace, SAT TV, W-LAN, ACC
The house is situated vis-a-vis the village, From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Sineu and west to the Tramuntana.
House:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a king sized bed 180x200cm, 1 spacious bathroom with underfloor-heating, large shower area , a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining and living area with stove.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a queen sized bed 160x200cm.
Outside:
covered terrace, with dining table and a cozy chill-out area, wine cooler.
Guest toilet, lawndry room with washing machine and dryer.
Covered BBQ area with Plancha
The entire terrace area is covered with wood. Set into the patio area is the 4 x 2 meter overflow - pool (depth 1. 70) with internal staircase and integrated bench. The pool has garden-sided overflow, overlooking Sineu over its water edge.
In the rear part of the property is a small garden, shaded by citrus trees.
We have placed great emphasis on lighting, whether indoors or outdoors. A special highlight in the evening is certainly the outdoor area with the integrated pool, the colored lighting can be programmed individually.
You can expect a high quality renovated village house with all amenities and an outdoor area which is stunning.
For families with small children: The pool is not childproof, one bedroom is upstairs, the staircase has a handrail and is open to the other side (s. Photos). The house is difficult to make toddler safe and has no space for a baby cot, therefore we ask families with smaller children to get in contact before booking online.

Sineu is a very nice village in the centre of Majorca with several Cafés, Bars, Restaurants and supermarkets. Due to it´s situation it is perfect for journeys to all parts of the island. Destinations like Palma, Pollenca, Alcudia, Airport are reachable in aprox 30 Min. Inca, Manacor in 10-15 Min., nearest Beach is Playa de Muro one of Majorcas most beautiful beaches, 20 Min.

Pure Erholung!
Das Ferienhaus Can Naranjo liegt sehr ruhig gelegen mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Dorf Sineu. Es lädt direkt zur Entspannung ein, nicht nur durch den eigenen Pool, sondern auch durch die ausgezeichnete Ausstattung und den sehr angenehmen Service der Vermieter. Durch die zentrale Lage des Ferienhauses sind die bekannten Ortschaften Mallorcas sehr gut in Kürze zu erreichen und zu erkunden. Das Dorf Sineu besticht durch die sehr mallorquinische Atmosphäre - weitab vom touristischem Trubel der Insel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
Entspannter Urlaub in einem gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Urlaub auf Mallorca mal abseits der Ferienorte am Meer gebucht. In dem kleinen, idyllischen Ort Sineu haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zum Meer ist es ebenfalls nicht weit, ca. 20 min. Das Ferienhaus hatte die optimale Größe und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, Sonnenliegen mit einem weitläufigen Blick auf den Ort und der integrierte Aussenpool hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und sehr angenehm.
So geht Urlaub
Hier passt allles. Tadellose und sehr freundliche Betreuung im Vorfeld und während der schönen Tage. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet bis ins kleinste Detail. Vom Kaminholz bis zum Gewürz sind viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs einfach schon da. Auch die Lage ist top. Wunderbarer Blick von der sonnigen Terrasse auf die Stadt. Sineu liegt zentral mitten auf der Insel. Alle attraktiven Ziele lassen sich einfach erreichen. Sineu selbst ist ebenfalls ein sehr sympathischer Ort. Keine Frage volle Punktzahl plus..
Einfach Traumhaft!!! Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!!!
In diesem schönen Dorfhaus bei so tollen Vermietern haben wir einen der schönsten Urlaube erleben dürfen! Das Haus ist genauso wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und entspricht auch exakt der Beschreibung (wenn es nicht sogar noch schöner ist!) Wohlfühlen steht hier an erster Stelle und dieses Gefühl, tritt auch mit dem Moment, in dem man das Haus betritt, ein! Auch der Kontakt zu Frau Küpper war wirklich außergewöhnlich, so eine tolle Betreuung haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Wer Mallorca von der schönsten Seite erleben möchte, ist hier in Sineu in dem Dorfhaus Can Naranjo, an der absolut richtigen Stelle! Wir sind zwar zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, aber definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal! Ein großes und herzliches Dankeschön an Frank und Heike Küpper für diese wunderschöne Zeit!
Traum-Ferien
Es hat uns (3 Freundinnen) an nichts gefehlt und wir haben eine perfekt ausgestattete und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Wohnung vorgefunden inkl. gemütlichem Außenbereich. Unsere Vermieter waren auch jederzeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem 5 Sterne und jederzeit wieder.
