Inside, distributed in two floors, we find a living room with TV and a dining room prepared to make you feel at home. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and has direct access to the garden. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms on this floor, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, which has access to a terrace where you can sunbathe or relax on sun loungers. Attached is a small sitting room with a small table where you can enjoy the views while reading a book or chatting quietly with your companions. All bedrooms have AC and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and highchair.
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
