The fantastic two-storey house is characterised by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV with channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An AC unit in the hallway provides air conditioning for all 3 rooms. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
There is parking for one car right in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden..

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
