The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the full rental amount in the account of the landlord. The tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 7 days after the conclusion of the rental contract. The remaining amount must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the rental period (see payment schedule on invoice).
For the timeliness of the payment, the receipt or credit in the account specified in the rental contract is decisive. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract in the event of untimely payment. The landlord is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows.
Cancellation 28 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent
Cancellation 9 days to arrival day: 60% of the total rent
The same applies for cancellations by the tenant.
The landlord explicitly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Schönes Haus in Bardolino, recht zentrumsnah
Es fehlen Schneidebretter u. ein Sparschäler in der Küche, ansonsten war alles gut ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr hell. Allerdings ist alles recht eng bebaut und das kleine Häuschen ist eingerahmt von großen Mehrfamilienhäusern, so dass man in jedes Fenster hereinschauen kann, besonders ins Bad. Hier wäre es gut, wenn undurchsichtige, aber lichtdurchlässige Plissees / Vorhänge angebracht wären. Durch die jetzigen Vorhänge kann man durchschauen.
Gut sind die integrierten Fliegengitter.
