The villa offers 200 sqm of spacious living space with four bedrooms – three of them with double beds and one with a bunk bed. There are a total of three bathrooms, two terraces one facing east and one facing west provide sun or shade at any time of day. The large, very well-equipped kitchen and the spacious living areas with a cozy lounge corner by the pool invite guests to enjoy sociable barbecue evenings indoors or outdoors.
For active guests, there is a table tennis table, a sandbox for children, as well as storage facilities for bicycles and sports equipment. There is plenty of parking available: two garages and two parking spaces.
