The main house contains two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one of which has a fireplace and bathtub), a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen.


Pictures certainly speak louder than words here. But the breathtaking view, the bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with bathtub, fireplace and panoramic view, as well as many other details, simply must be experienced in person.


The kitchen, equipped with a large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and every convenience, leaves nothing to be desired. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 10 people and offers a fantastic view, while the fireplace at the back of the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere.


The large flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room invites you to cozy evenings watching television on the comfortable sofas, when the weather isn't quite warm enough to enjoy all the advantages of the two terraces by the house and the large pool terrace (with a large pool).


The lighting around the house and on the terraces, which are furnished with ample garden furniture and loungers, also creates a special ambiance.

It is truly an exclusive place, where even the youngest guests have been taken into consideration, with a slightly secluded but clearly visible climbing tower that invites children to slide, climb and swing.
The property has old fig trees, pomegranate trees, quince trees, etc., and the scent of mint that spreads everywhere is unforgettable.

The guesthouse features a combined living and sleeping area with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, a small kitchen, and an adjoining shower room. Naturally, everything here is state-of-the-art and, like the entire main house, equipped with underfloor heating. The water in the house is treated by a modern water purification system using water from the property's own well.


To perfect everything, there is also a great sauna heated with wood, guaranteeing a fantastic view of the surroundings.
