The very large living room has a wood stove in the brick fireplace. The kitchen, opening onto a small terrace, is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer, a small table-top refrigerator, an induction cooker, hood, oven, toaster, electric kettle, traditional coffee maker. In the back kitchen there is a double sink and a small dishwasher. And next to it, in the entrance, an independent toilet. In continuity of the kitchen, the dining room with its wood stove in the fireplace. Then, the first floor ends with a master suite consisting of a bedroom with a bed 160, a dressing room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and finally a bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet. The first floor is dedicated to the 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 of which are in a row. On one side a double bed 140, on the other a double bed 160 and a single bed 90. They are served by a shower room with WC.

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
