The very large living room has a wood stove in the brick fireplace. The kitchen, opening onto a small terrace, is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer, a small table-top refrigerator, an induction cooker, hood, oven, toaster, electric kettle, traditional coffee maker. In the back kitchen there is a double sink and a small dishwasher. And next to it, in the entrance, an independent toilet. Then, the first floor ends with a master suite consisting of a bedroom with a bed 160, a dressing room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and finally a bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet. The first floor is dedicated to the 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 of which are in a row. On one side a double bed 140, on the other a double bed 160 and a single bed 90. They are served by a shower room with WC.
