accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Das Haus ist in den Bergen gelegen und mit einem größeren Auto nur mit Mühe zu erreichen und wenn man 2x Tag in die Stadt fahren möchte - ist es anstrengend. Ebenso ist es mit dem Empfang etwas schwierig und bei ein wenig Wind funktioniert der Fernseher auch nicht.
Das Ferienhaus kann ich eindeutig empfehlen - wenn man über gewisse Mängel hinwegsehen kann.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ebenso der wöchentliche Handtuch/ Bettwäschewechsel ist positiv zu erwähnen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt wieder das Ferienhaus Mendy wählen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch.
Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. Trogir, Dubrovnik und die Krk Wasserfälle sind über die Küstenstraße oder teilweise auch über die Autobahn gut erreichbar.
100 % empfehlenswert, ruhig mit sehr schönem terrassenförmig angelegtem Garten.
