Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that
accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to
cover costs (excl. cleaning):
Termination
- up to 56 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 43 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 29 days before rental period: 70 % of rental price
- up to 0 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 28 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.
- Not showing up or by interrupting the holiday…100% of total holiday amount.
(2) The tenant can prove a lesser damage at any point.
(3) If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
(4) Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the
advertiser.

Super Zufrieden
Das Haus ist mir allem ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über reichlich Geschirr und Platz für alles. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein separates WC mit Waschmaschine, Staubsauger. Sitzplätze gibt es genügend, vorm Haus wo sich auch das Grillhaus befindet, welches ebenfalls voll ausgestattet ist, oben auf der Terrasse und beim Pool . Im ersten Stock befinden sich die Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad und das Wohnzimmer! Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Pool ist ein Traum, vor allem der Blick. Wir möchten uns auch noch bei Marin und Vanja für das tolle Essen bedanken, der Abend war wunderschön. Wir haben auf alle Fälle vor wiederzukommen!!!

Traumhaus mit wunderbarem Ausblick
Das gesamte Haus samt Pool war sehr sauber und die die beiden Vermieter wirklich sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle.
Das einzige Manko ist die Zufahrt wenn man ein sehr großes breites Auto hat - da es sehr steil, schmal und verwinkelt hinaufgeht.
Aber alles in allem ist ein Urlaub dort nur wärmstens zu empfehlen!
traumhafter Blick!
Ein toller Ort um bei schönem Wetter aufs Meer zu schauen. Hinter sich hat man eine tolle Bergkulisse. Selbst nach einer Woche konnten wir uns immer noch für diesen wunderschönen Blick begeistern.
Das Grundstück ist mit Steinmauern umgeben, ideal auch für einen Hund. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit das Auto im Schatten in Strandnähe zu parken, aber man kann vom FH auch runter nach Tucepi laufen (ca.30 Min.) – der Aufstieg wird dann etwas schweißtreibender... da das Haus oberhalb von Tucepi am Berg liegt.
Die Zufahrt endet in einer Sackgasse – absolut ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren!
