Sa Bassa has a large terrace around the swimming pool, lawn area, covered barbecue with a bathroom and covered terrace. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with satellite TV and access to the outside terrace and the swimming pool, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing the 2 remaining bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub.
You can enjoy wifi access throughout the house, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room and underfloor heating.

Das Haus ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick phänomenal.
Leider ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Doppelbetten sind zusammengeschobene Feldbetten, die sich bei jeder Bewegung auseinanderschieben. In einigen Räumen riecht es leider sehr nach Kanal.
Die Kommuniaktion mit Margerita war sehr schnell und freundlich. Danke, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Lage, Grösse, Ausstattung der Unterkunft sind hervorragend. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Defekte in mehreren Duschen, welche vorgängig hätten erkannt und behoben werden können/müssen.Leitungswasser stark salzig. Mietwagen empfehlenswert für Ausflüge grösserer Supermarkt (Eroski, 750m), Restaurants und mehrere öffentliche Strände in Gehdistanz
Die Lage und das Haus sind einfach traumhaft. Mit Blick aufs Meer ist jeder Gang auf die Terrasse ein Erlebnis für sich. Der direkte und private Zugang zum Meer macht das Haus perfekt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet genügend Platz. Wir haben die Zeit mit unser Gruppe sehr genossen und eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht.
Wir waren mit 9 Personen in der herrlichen Finca und haben jede Minute genießen können. Der Blick auf Garten und Meer ist unbeschreiblich und hat uns immer wieder umgehauen! Wir sind sehr dankbar, diese Location gefunden zu haben und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

We had a fantastic stay at Margarita’s house! We were 7 adults including my 80 year father and 2 kids (9 and 12) and we were all very comfortable. The house is spacious, airy, clean and it has everything you need. The views from the veranda is spectacular and having direct access to the ocean is very special. I would highly recommend anyone to to stay. Margarita is a fantastic host who will respond very, very quickly to any requests.

Alles ok, wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur das Wetter war nicht so gut. Abends recht kühl und der Wind saust um die Ecke. Es müsste einen Windschutz geben. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, total unser Stil, aber insgesamt etwas nüchtern, vielleicht wären einige moderne Bilder im Haus oder Blumen/Palmen draußen noch gemütlicher. Da alles sehr offen ist, würden vielleicht auch einige Vorhänge den Schall etwas dämpfen.(nur Vorschlag). Alles im allem jedoch ein tolles Ferienhaus, viel Platz, moderne und gute Ausstattung und alles strahlt in weiß! Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber im Sommer, damit wir den Pool auch nutzen können. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach zum Träumen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Allerdings ist das Haus ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da blättert v.a. im Außenbereich der Putz ab, der letzte Anstrich ist gerade fachmännisch erfolgt und die Einbaustrahler sind für ein Anwesen am Meer ungeeignet. Die Fugen im Außenbereich sind erneuerungsbedüftig, insbesondere weil sich fort Ameisenvölker ansiedeln. Als ekelhaft haben wir empfunden, dass die in der Küche eingebaute Fritteuse noch mit altem Öl befüllt und erheblich verschmutzt war. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts jemand das Örtchen aufsucht, ist der Rest des Hauses wach, da die Türen nicht mit Dichtgummis ausgestattet sind, sodass auch das vorsichtige Schließen einer Tür laut zu vernehmen ist. Leider sind auch die Matratzen nicht gut, sodass einige von uns regelmäßig mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Alles in Allem übertreffen aber die Lage, der Pool und die Großzügigkeit des Anwesens alle Nachteile. Wir werden voraussichtlich im kommenden Jahr das Haus wieder buchen!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Laila! Margarita was a top host in every way. She met us at the house when we checked in and came by to say goodbye when we checked out. She was always responsive to our questions before check in and was available at all hours after our check in. The house is located on a cove with a splendid view of the sea and is in a neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, etc that can be accessed by foot. We would certainly come back to this place in the future!
Sehr schönes Haus für den Familienurlaub. Großer Pool und direkter Zugang zum Meer. Alles so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Freundlicher Empfang mit Obst, Wasser, Wein und Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Optisch macht die Villa einen sehr guten Eindruck und die Lage mit Meeranstoss ist fantastisch. Vieles an und in der Villa ist aber renovationsbedürftig. Die meisten Türen zu den Schlafräumen knarren laut beim sanft schliessen, was insbesondere nachts störend ist. Bei einer Dusche funktioniert der Ventilator nicht. Die Sonnenliegen müssten mal ersetzt werden, sie sind doch schon arg strapaziert. Das Frischwasser (z.B. Duschen) hat einen chlorigen/salzigen Geschmack. Vielleicht müsste die Wasseraufbereitung ersetzt oder neu skaliert werden. Kühlschranktüre und Türe Gefrierschrank müssten ersetzt/neu gerichtet werden. Das Küchenrondell ist schon lange defekt und musste mit Schrauben fixiert werden und ist daher offen (ist nicht mehr drehbar)! Die Aussenstühle sind teilweise verrostet und die Sitzflächen reissen wahrscheinlich bald aus. Nach unserer Meinung müsste eine Villa mit diesem Preis besser und seriöser unterhalten sein. Aber es sind halt die vielen kleinen Dinge, die anfänglich störend auffallen, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Ueber alles gesehen war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

For me, this was a dream vacation. My family, friends and I were all incredibly impressed with the beauty of the home and ideal location. That view to the sea will be what I think of when I think of Casa Laila! Anyone who chooses this as their vacation home will no doubt love it just as much as I did! Compliments to the owners for the decor and sharing their sanctuary with others like me - thank you! And a huge thanks to Margarita who is more than just a host. She cares about what she does and she helped to make our stay even better! Casa Laila is lucky to have her - she’s organized, kind & an excellent communicator! 6 Zimmer, 10 Leute, so konnte auch welche alleine schlafen. Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Dusche im Schlafzimmer offen. Separate Toilette teils mit Nachbarzimmer zu nutzen. Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

The house was amazing. The location and view made it seem like we were on our own private resort. Communication and check in and out were super easy. A midweek cleaning service was unexpected and very nice, as were the snacks, wine waiting for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful accommodation in a great area, close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The outdoor area and swimming pool are fantastic. Informative and quick responses from the host made our stay very enjoyable.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Objekt direkt am Meer! Ideal mit direktem Zugang ins Meer. Die Agentur ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert rasch auf Anfragen. Größere Strände nur mit Auto erreichbar.
Spektakuläre Lage und Aussicht direkt am Meer mit Zugang über eine Treppe, funktionell ausgestattet, großer Außenbereich, sehr freundliche und engagierte Agentur. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
Die Buchung dieses Hauses war für uns ein echter Glücksgriff! Bereits beim Betreten des Hauses durch den Haupteingang konnten wir durch Flur und Wohnzimmer hindurch Meer und Garten erblicken! Haus, Garten und Pool sind traumhaft, die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Lage ruhig und dennoch war das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften sowie Badestränden fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 3Kindern im Alter von 8, 10 und 15 verbracht. Alle waren sehr zufrieden! Betonen möchten wir noch den guten und sehr freundlichen Service der stets für uns erreichbar war! Alles super!!!

The villa was in a great location with access to a sheltered bay frequented by a few visiting boats most days. The first impressions upon entering were of the size of the villa and great view. Each bedroom in the villa was remarkably similar in size making the choice of which one to sleep in very difficult for our extended family, but it also meant there was no unfairness in sleeping arrangements. The pool was excellent, the facilities excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
