This is a semi-detached house for 8 people in the residential area of Vallgonera, in Cala Pi. The house has 150 m2 in a 1100 m2 plot with lawn area and private pool.

There are 4 bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, space to put a cot if necessary and views to the garden or the countryside. One of the rooms has an en suite bathroom. In addition, there are another bathroom and a toilet in the house. There are electric radiators in the bathrooms.

The living-dining room and the kitchen are downstairs forming an open space. You will be able to relax on the comfy sofas, watch TV or read a book. The kitchen is equipped with: toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The exteriors are wonderful: go to the terrace, have a BBQ, swim in the 6x3 meters pool, have dinner under the furnished porch or just relax in the garden. The 350 m2 lawn area is perfect to let the kids play around. Upstairs you will find another furnished terrace that you can access from two of the room; it is the perfect place for those who look for relax.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
