Casa Sonrisa is a beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will be completely renewed at the end of 2021. The interior of the villa has been completely renewed. New colours, a new look and bathrooms that are fully adapted to today's wishes and requirements. The Spanish identity has been preserved.
Experience luxury at this villa in Benissa, which has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool. Everything you need from shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars on the beaches with crowd are in the nearby Calpe. There are Spanish restaurants in the harbour where great fish is served. La Fustera (1 km) and water sports (2 km) gives plenty of fun for all. You can also try the golf course at 1 km. Tennis can be enjoyed in 10 km. Supermarket and food are at 1.5 km. Heating and the fireplace in the living room give sufficient warmth. You can lounge in the veranda or hall or relax outside on the terrace. Children have a playpen and a cot and high chair to make them feel at home and insect screens are provided to keep the bugs away. Parking space is available here. You can reach the airport in 85 km.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter hier. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, der Pool war kalt, aber unserer Tochter war das egal. In der Nähe eines schönen Strandes mit einer Strandbar, wo wir auch etwas essen konnten. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Tigermücken, die nach starken Regenfällen häufig vorkamen. Aber das war einfach ein bisschen Pech. Am Abend der Ankunft gab es Probleme mit dem Strom, auch aufgrund von Regenfällen, die jedoch gut und schnell behoben wurden. Die Besitzer sind leicht erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt gab es einen großen Supermarkt, in dem wir leckere Mahlzeiten zusammenstellten. Schade fand ich allerdings, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt war, wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe anreist, fände ich das persönlich sehr nervig. Ich mag es wirklich nicht, Geschirr zu spülen ;-). Aber im Großen und Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen!!

Die Besitzer sind leicht zugänglich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt gab es einen großen Supermarkt, in dem wir leckere Mahlzeiten zusammenstellten. Was ich bedauerte war, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt war, wenn Sie mit einer großen Gruppe kommen, würde ich das persönlich sehr störend finden. Ich spüle wirklich nicht gerne Geschirr ;-). Aber im Allgemeinen sehr zu empfehlen!!
