The beautiful living room has a spacious seating area with TV, stereo, fireplace and a large dining table for 8 people. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for preparing an extensive dinner.
De Pierewaaier has 4 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The three double bedrooms are all on the first floor, the fourth bedroom is in the basement and has two single beds of 80x200cm. The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet and a walk -in shower.
The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy and has its own outdoor kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, a weaver grill and a nice seating area with a parasol, where you can enjoy late into the night.
Two private parking spaces right in front of the house. A possible third car can be parked on the inner ring of the park.
From de Pierewaaier you can reach the beach entrance of the beautiful family beach of Sint Maartenszee in 25 minutes on foot. A handcart is available that you can take to the beach. On the beach you have your own lockable beach hut! This is available from May to September and includes: 2 sun loungers, 8 deck chairs and toys.
The Pierewaaier is located in the Duinland Park. This park has some facilities such as table tennis slabs, a tennis court and several small playgrounds. There are various attractions for children nearby.
This house can only be booked for tourist purposes and is not rented to youth groups due to the rest question. The liable tenant's minimum age is 25 years!
