Villa EL COTO a Chiclana De La Frontera, Andalucia

Outside, the villa has a private 8x4 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.3 to 1.9 metres that sits in the centre of the garden, surrounded by lawns and a paved area where you will find the barbecue area where you can enjoy a nice dinner on the porch table after a day of sightseeing. Privacy is partial thanks to the fencing that surrounds the property, while a cosy porch offers a shady and furnished retreat for relaxing outdoors.

The layout of the villa is all on one level, where the interior features a bright living-dining room equipped with a cosy fireplace and a Smart TV. There is a fully equipped gas cooker with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep you will find a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and fan. The second and third bedrooms have two double beds, wardrobe and fan and one of them also has a TV. The fourth and last bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed for one person. There are two bathrooms with shower and an additional toilet outside the villa. Finally, there is a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
