The living-dining room is very modern, bright and friendly. It has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The outside areas are superb, with a chlorinated pool of 13 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.6 m, a solarium with four deck-chairs, three terraces, a fully equipped porch, and a barbecue for foodies. There is also a small golf course for golf lovers to spend great moments.
