The 244 m² 2-storey house maintains its typical Majorcan rustic style, with hydraulic tiles, while including modern elements. It counts with 5 bedrooms: 3 in the main house and 2 in the attached house, which has access from the porch. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a double bed and 2 count with 2 individual beds (one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub). The 2 bedrooms in the attached house count with a double bed and air conditioning (one of them is situated on the first floor and counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower). On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower, on the first floor.
The cozy living room counts with 3 sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a secondary living room with 2 sofas. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and enough chairs. The independent dining kitchen works with a hob and counts with a fire place, a dish washer and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
No pets allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season.
