The area is surrounded by a paved surface perfect for sunbathing or relaxing on the various sun loungers on the terrace. In addition, the house has a large porch and a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals thanks to its barbecue, while you relax with the typical landscape of the Majorcan countryside. The exteriors have a toilet for your comfort.

Moving inside the house, distributed over two floors, it combines functionality and traditional charm. On the ground floor you will find a living room with Smart TV where you can spend the evenings relaxing or watching a movie. In the gas kitchen, you will be able to prepare delicious meals as it is fully equipped and has a dining area to enjoy the dishes prepared all together. The ground floor has the first bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. To finish this floor there is a toilet. On the first floor, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board available in the house.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
