This wonderful house features a chlorine pool and a solarium area with up to 10 sun loungers where you can relax chatting, taking a cocktail or any other drink you feel like, while peacefully admiring the to and fro of the boats, yachts and shore boats sailing through the Mallorcan eastern coast. The pool sizes 5 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. By the pool, you will find a stupendous built-in barbecue that invites to prepare delicious grilled recipes to taste under the porch afterwards, with the horizon as the best company.

The top terrace is, no doubt, the "icing on the cake" since it offers the feeling of being sailing a boat thanks to the sea proximity and the height of the building. Some simple lawns areas will be the delight of the little ones to enjoy playing and running freely around.

The rooms are distributed on two floors with independent entrances for each of the them, so this is the perfect home for a large family or groups of friends. It counts with two living rooms open to the dining area, one on each floor, with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can come all together and enjoy watching satellite TV or admiring the incomparable views over the terrace and the sea through the large windows. The living room on the ground floor heads to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and all you can need to cook your favourite menus. In the same space you will find the washing machine, the ron and the ironing board. The ground floor also offers a shower bathroom and three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathtub bathroom, and the other two come with two twin beds. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a third bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair. The accommodation is also perfect for the coldest months since it features central heating.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
