The dining kitchen, with a modern and relaxing style, offers a ceramic hob and AC too.The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry room. The bathroom in the house offers a shower and a bidet. In order to rest, the house features three bedrooms with a closet, AC and exit to the outside each. Two of them come with a double bed and the third has two twin beds. A cot and a high chair also are available.

The finca is located only 3 km away from Montuïri, a beautiful interior village where you will find all needed services for your stay, like a supermarket, bars and some good restaurant to enjoy the traditional Mallorcan cuisine and the typical "pa amb oli". This is a land of crops and wind mills, with medieval remains and a highlighted traditional culture. The Ma-15 offers an easy access to the whole island and, of course, to the amazing and paradisaical beaches and coves like Portocolom (31 km away), or Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc which are spectacular protected beaches.
