Descrizione
The interior of the house has 357m² and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find, in the same space, the fully furnished and equipped living room, kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook comfortably and the dining area, furnished with table and chairs. It has a separate laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
There is also a toilet and a room with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower on this floor.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and the other one with two single beds. All are en suite with shower and one of them also have whirlpool. We can offer a cot and a high chair. The holiday house is equipped with air conditioning and for the coldest winter days, there is a wood stove.
There is an outdoor parking for 6 vehicles.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Events are not permitted.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Tolle Finca zum Erholen für die ganze Familie
Da wir ein Mietauto hatten, waren wir in 10-20 Min in schönen Orten Muro, Alcudia, San Picafort,wo es genug Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab.
Die Finca ist in einem guten renovierten Zustand,man merkt allerdings, dass die Touristen an manchen Ecken unachtsam (Leselampen an der Couch, geplatztes Ceranfeld) umgehen.
Wir hatten einen gelungenen Urlaub und auch in den Herbstferien bis zu 30 Grad, so das der Pool gut genutzt wurde.

Wunderschöne Finca
Das Haus ist wunderschön, gepflegt und alles sehr neuwertig.
Die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber!
Wir waren 3 Familien mit insg. 4 Kindern und das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für alle.
Begeistert waren wir von der guten Ausstattung der Küche. Diese ist nicht nur riesig, so dass man auch mal zu sechst kochen kann, sondern hat viel Zubehör, wie Saftpresse, Zauberstab, Sandwichmaker, Cafe Pad Maschiene und vieles mehr, so dass einem perfekten DInner nichts im wege stand!
Der Pool liegt etwas erhöht, was mit den Kindern perfekt war. die große Markiese spendet zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Schatten. Das große Einfahrtstor sichert das Haus vor Fremden!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
