The air-conditioned living room and dining room are equipped with TV with digital channels and free Wifi, comfortably furnished and equipped, with access to a fantastic terrace with stunning sea views and a practical built-in barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine and Italian or filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer, including a dishwasher.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, where we find 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have a terrace and two of them have excellent sea views. And 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The villa has fans in the bedrooms.
On the side of the property, we find the private pool measuring 7x4 m and is equipped with sun loungers and parasol and a built-in barbecue.
