Villa Villa Gloria a Cala Pi, Balearic Islands

The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that same area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample, it includes a table for 4 people and it is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both stays are acclimated with radiators on the coldest days. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor, where there is another beautiful porch with little corners to relax. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and en en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one has a double bed. These three has all a closet. There is a third bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. At the house you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
