The exteriors of this cozy farmhouse, surrounded by nature and native trees, invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a peaceful and authentic setting. The chlorine pool, shared with just one neighbor, is perfect for cooling off during the summer months. It measures 10m x 5m with a depth ranging from 1.70m to 1.80m and is secured for children’s safety. You can also relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink at the outdoor table while admiring the views. Another table is located at the entrance, with two chairs where you can unwind and read a book while enjoying nature. Behind the door, there is a small chapel available for your use whenever you wish. Please note that there are neighbors, and privacy is partial.

The interior of the property, with the typical style of a Mallorcan estate and stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In your apartment, you’ll find a small living area and a kitchen equipped with gas stoves and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it’s time to rest, there’s one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and your companions can stay in another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have fans. The second bedroom has access to a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views and tranquility while relaxing with a drink at the small table with two chairs. This second bedroom can also be accessed independently via an external staircase. A washing machine is available. If you’re traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

To ensure a comfortable stay and fully enjoy the island, having your own vehicle is essential.

Please note that the pool hours are until 9:00 p.m. during July and August, and until 8:00 p.m. in September and October.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
