have a great holiday in this 45 sqm and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment with terrace (south/west facing). The chic apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.
The living/sleeping area welcomes you with a sofa, side table and a comfortable double bed. Technical entertainment is provided by a TV, music system and free WiFi. The integrated kitchen-living room is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more, so that this holiday home is also recommended for self-caterers. A travel cot is available free of charge for the little ones. You can
eat your meals at the dining counter or, during the warmer seasons, on the seasonally furnished terrace. Of course, there is also a spacious wardrobe in the holiday apartment for your holiday wardrobe

from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement tenant
Up until the start of the rental period, each tenant can be replaced by a third party if he or she informs us of this.
