The living/sleeping area welcomes you with a sofa, side table and a comfortable double bed. Technical entertainment is provided by a TV, music system and free WiFi. The integrated kitchen-living room is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more, so that this holiday home is also recommended for self-caterers. from the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement tenant
Up until the start of the rental period, each tenant can be replaced by a third party if he or she informs us of this.
