You will be greeted by a bright and modernly furnished living area, in which a comfortable sofa - when converted into a sofa bed - offers two additional sleeping places (1.40 x 2.00m).
For holiday guests who want to prepare their own meals, the very high-quality fitted kitchen integrated into the living area is ideal. For shared meals, you can use the large dining table with 4 comfortable seats.
You can also enjoy relaxing moments on the seasonally furnished north/west balcony.
Technical entertainment is provided by the flat screen (smart TV), internet radio-USB and free WiFi.
You will spend restful nights in the charmingly furnished bedroom with a box spring double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), chest of drawers and another television (smart TV). A modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet completes the offer.

If you withdraw from the rental agreement, we will endeavour to re-let the period. Please note that in all cases we charge a one-off processing fee of €49.00 per cancellation. If it is not possible to re-let the period or part of it, the following compensation payment will be due in addition to the one-off processing fee, depending on the loss of rental income:
up to 61 days before the start of the rental period 0% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement tenant
Up until the start of the rental period, each tenant can be replaced by a third party if he or she informs us of this.
