If it is not possible to re-let the period or part of it, the following compensation payment will be due in addition to the one-off processing fee, depending on the loss of rental income:

from the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
