The property has two storeys. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. Next to the living area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

From the living room you can access the roof terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views in Portocolom and is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views in the evening.
