The property has two storeys. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. The ground floor is located below the main road and has direct access to a small dock right by the sea, one of the most photographed motifs and real trademark for this area of the island. On this floor is a another double bedroom with beautiful sea views and a bathroom with bath anda laundry.
From the living room you can access the roof terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views in Portocolom and is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views in the evening.
