Located in the midst of olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a completely fenced garden, the house has a third bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival.
