Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Viareggio und Camaiore. Mit unseren 4 Kindern haben uns besonders der schöne Garten mit seiner Privatsphäre und der gut gesicherte Pool (nicht ebenerdig, Leiter herausnehmbar) gefallen. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch wenn das Inventar hier und da etwas veraltet und nicht ganz vollständig (Küche) ist, ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet und bietet eine gute Umgebung für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
