Newly renovated holiday home with garden and swimming pool, near the long sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore on the Versilia coast. The comfortably furnished holiday home over two floors with three bedrooms is located in a residential area. In the well-maintained garden with olive and palm trees you can refresh yourself in the small swimming pool. Ideal holiday home for families and "Bello" is also welcome and can let off steam in the enclosed garden. The covered, furnished terrace overlooking the garden is particularly inviting. Here the day starts with breakfast. After 15 minutes by car you reach the fine sandy, gently sloping sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore or Viareggio. Walking barefoot through the warm sand, swimming, pedal boat or just relax, here you can enjoy relaxing days on the beach.

There are good train links from Viareggio to Florence for those interested in art and culture. The island of Elba (approx. 1 hour by ferry from Piombino) with its charming island flair is worth a day trip. Also visit the unique white marble quarries of Carrara (35 km)

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Viareggio und Camaiore. Mit unseren 4 Kindern haben uns besonders der schöne Garten mit seiner Privatsphäre und der gut gesicherte Pool (nicht ebenerdig, Leiter herausnehmbar) gefallen. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch wenn das Inventar hier und da etwas veraltet und nicht ganz vollständig (Küche) ist, ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet und bietet eine gute Umgebung für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
