The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). There is a small garden, a terrace with deck-chairs, and a small fully-furnished porch of 14 m2 where you can spend great evenings with family and friends.

The 200 m2 two-storey house has 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and 1 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 baby cot. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet in the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, has everything you need to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, its energy source is ecological, as it is obtained through aerothermal energy.

Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place as it is a quiet area, with the sea and the mountains nearby. Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, some souvenirs and restaurants with sea views. In the surroundings you will find other coves such as Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara, all of them with fine sand and crystal clear waters. Pollença and Puerto de Pollença are only 10 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide range of gastronomy and leisure activities. Pollença is one of the most beautiful villages of the island due to its monuments, its streets and its atmosphere. Puerto de Pollença is a very charming place with a seafront promenade ideal for strolling and enjoying the wide variety of gastronomy and the different shops. If you are an adventure lover, you can go scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, cycling, hiking, tennis, golf, etc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
