3 bedrooms on the first floor of our cosy family house, equipped with 3 double beds, a kitchenette with fridge, coffee and tea facilities, hairdryer, shower and toilet on the floor and a balcony. Guests have the possibility to warm up in the living room of the house on the ground floor at the cosy tiled stove and to use the TV there.

Welcome to our house I'mperfect.

It is located on the outskirts of Stumm in the middle of the idyllic Zillertal.
The centre of the village with shops, bakeries and above all many excellent restaurants is nevertheless only about 600m away.



The accommodation on the 1st floor of our house has 2 doublebed rooms, 2 singlebed rooms, 1 kitchen-living room with a large table and a kitchenette including a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, combi oven/microwave, etc.

Guests will also find 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a furnished balcony and a cozy chill-out room that can possibly be used as an extra bedroom.

So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

There is a parking space for 2 cars in front of the house, and there is additional parking 300m away in a public parking lot. There is a ski storage room in the basement and WiFi is included.

In winter, the Hochzillertal ski area is only about 1.5 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
The stop for the free ski bus is about 400m (5 minutes walk) from the accommodation at the Stumm fire station.
The Hochfügen and Spieljoch ski areas in Fügen can be reached in about 30 and 11 minutes by car respectively.
The "Zillertal Arena" is also 10 minutes by car from here.


In summer, the nearby Stumm swimming pool (about 3 minutes walk) invites you to cool off and linger in the sun. With the hiking bus to the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse, which runs twice a day from June to October, you can discover the beauty of the mountains in the Hochzillertal hiking area.


The nearest bus stop, just about 400m away, is the starting point for summer experiences throughout the Zillertal. For example, you can reach the Spieljochbahn in about 25 minutes comfortably by public transport, with just one change at Fügen station to the free hiking bus, and then you can explore the hiking area at Spieljoch with the whole family.
