With a rustic appearance over the facade, the house offers inside a modern style on the contrary, but you will still feel the charm of a true home. When you enter, you find a comfortable living room with TV-Sat and air-conditioning, a shower bathroom and a dream-like dining kitchen. In white contrasting with the grey countertops, it offers a direct exit to the terrace and it is equipped with a large island with a ceramic top and all the appliances and needed tools for the family chef to cook his/her best dishes. On the first floor, you will find a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with air-conditioning, one with a double bed and a walk-in closet and the other with two twin beds and a closet. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. On the top floor there is a second living room with air-conditioning where you can spend time together. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Right at the entrance of the house, a cosy and beautiful stone terrace welcomes you. It is perfect to enjoy a coffee every morning or a good glass of wine or champagne when the sun sets. On the other hand, the top terrace is even better, because it offers a wonderful jacuzzi where you can relax while admiring the amazing views to the forest fields and two sun loungers to bask in the sun. The jacuzzi temperature varies between 15 and 43ºC.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
