Palazzo Garzoni Moro has been built in the 15th century and it has been restored completely in 2017. It is composed by a large residence facing the Canal Grande and privately owned and 8 apartments in the rear part of the Building all facing the private courtyard, the nearby canal and the Venetian roofs.
The building has been finely restored with easy to use and effective home automation appliances, floor heating, lift, central air conditioning; top and latest design kitchens and bathrooms.
The apartment LIDO is on the 3rd floor and can be reached with stairs or a lift. It is composed by two double bedrooms; an additional bed in the largest bedroom can be added; there are two en-suite bathrooms and a laundry room. The living area is really large and includes a dining table for 10 persons, 2 large sofas and a bar-kitchen to entertain your party while preparing food or just enjoy an aperitif in a stylish and fully equipped area. Being on a third floor it is a very bright apartment and the view of the canal on the right and a sunny view of the Venetian roofs on the left of the living area makes it also very airy.
