If a reservation is annulled/cancelled, cancellation charges will apply. This amount is 30% of the total cost if canceled up to 28 days before departure (reservation costs or any payment method costs incurred are non-refundable). If 28 days or less before departure, the entire cost will be charged. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance when you make your reservation. If you have not arrived at your destination 24 hours after the agreed start of the journey, this will be considered a cancellation.

Should you arrive earlier and the property has been cleaned and made ready, you can receive the key prior to 3.00 pm. However, if the accommodation is not yet ready you may want to do some grocery shopping in the village of Oude-Tonge (there is an Albert Heijn and an Aldi) or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Hotel Restaurant Lely on the village square.
