BEDROOMS
In the classic Tuscan stone farmhouse, there are 22 double bedrooms, most of which are also equipped with a third bed, sleeping chair, or sofa bed, making them ideal for parents with children who should sleep nearby; 2 of the bedrooms interconnect, besides the 22 mentioned bedrooms, there are also rooms with 2-person sofa beds, all in all, 65 people can be accommodated.
Baby cots are also available, and there is even a honeymoon bedroom that leads directly into a luxurious wellness area, which then, upon request, is available ONLY to the honeymoon couple.
Some bedrooms have air conditioning.
KITCHEN-DINING ROOM-LIVING ROOM
Besides the bedrooms, there are also several apartments, each with a kitchen or kitchenette, where you can cook/prepare something if you don't always want to eat with the whole group, very useful for parents of toddlers or babies who often have their own schedules.
High chairs for children are available.
Then there is the large, professional communal kitchen, which is perfectly equipped to easily prepare everything for a large group, or if a cooking class is to take place on-site (upon request), or at family celebrations and weddings where you want to order catering service, this kitchen is top suitable because it offers everything that professional chefs/catering companies need for their work, while you, the guests, can let yourselves be thoroughly pampered.
Next to the kitchen area is the spacious dining room, where the whole group can eat together, in front of it a living room, which is equipped with comfortable seating furniture for relaxing, with large glass doors and a view of the garden, here there is also an extra playroom for the children.
Directly in front, there are tables and benches if you want to eat outside, here an extra large grill is available.
In an extra room, products from local small businesses and farms are offered for sale, excellent wines and olive oil, honey, jam, liqueurs, locally brewed beers, ham, sausage - all practically km ZERO from Casentino.
BATHROOMS
There are 20 bathrooms, some of which are ensuite, all equipped with shower cubicles, sinks, bidets, and toilets, so each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Additionally, there are several guest toilets in the kitchen and dining room area.
The bathrooms are modernly tiled and equipped with solid fixtures and Tuscan ceramics.
A guest washing machine is available.
POOL
The particularly large pool, measuring 8x16 m., is child-safe fenced, in a fabulous sunny location near the house, with sun loungers, outdoor shower, interior lighting, sun canopy, it forms the paradisiacal focal point for the whole day, next to the pool is the large children's playground.
GARDEN
Property 300 hectares; garden 40 hectares (fenced). The huge garden area surrounding this Tuscan holiday home extends around the house, playground, and pool, ancient oaks, acacias, fruit trees, Mediterranean shrubs such as broom, rosemary, sage, lavender, and flowers of all kinds, olive trees (500 more of which were added in spring 2019), herb beds, grapevines, and much more form this picturesque, fascinating estate.
The view sweeps over the surrounding small picturesque villages with their castles, churches, and often ancient walls: this is the beloved Tuscany with its history, art, culture, and green landscapes.

SPECIAL FEATURES
One of the highlights in this Tuscan holiday home is certainly the attractive wellness area, here there is a massage room (in-house masseur), infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, and an extra room with loungers and a whirlpool for 5-6 people, completely glazed, to enjoy the dreamlike surroundings.
The entire outdoor area covers over 300 hectares of land - fields, meadows, tree cultures, and forest alternate, and guests can take undisturbed walks or bike rides on private paths without car traffic, the untouched nature all around and the wonderful clean clear air is especially for city people among the vacationers an unforgettable experience.
For the children, it is exciting to visit the stables, here there are cattle, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and geese. Three small donkeys, with whom you can take walks and who enjoy being petted, are waiting to be visited.
Every morning, if they like, the children can get fresh breakfast eggs from the small egg-laying houses attached to the chicken coops.
There is a well-equipped outdoor playground, 1 indoor playroom, 1 volleyball court, ping-pong, table football.
