This house has recently been converted from a ruin into a lovely holiday home with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The open living area with comfortable sofa and TV has glass doors all around so that it looks very light and spacious and offers direct access to the south-facing garden with private pool. The handmade kitchen with concrete countertops is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, 4-burner induction plate, combi microwave and Nespresso machine. There is of course also a wireless internet connection in the house. The casual decor, wooden ceilings and tiled floors make this comfortable home very inviting and atmospheric.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
