The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and adjoining utility room (including dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), as well as the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The large terrace on this level is perfect for dining and relaxing. There is also an additional guest bathroom. The open fireplace in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere, especially during cooler evenings in the transitional seasons.
On the lower ground floor, there are two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to and views of the pool area.
Furthermore, there is an entertainment room with a large TV and Wii game console (with a sofa bed) as well as two more rooms.
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families. The house is technically well-equipped (2 large flat-screen TVs, Dolby Surround system, kitchen appliances, heating, etc.) and the furnishings (furniture, crockery, glasses, towels) are of a very high standard, providing the best conditions for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy the breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The area has much to offer for both old and young. Even in spring, autumn, or winter, the villa is a perfect destination, especially because of the spectacular views, including the snow-capped mountains (typically from November to May). There is central heating, underfloor heating (in the bathroom), and an open fireplace.
