The large terrace on this level is perfect for dining and relaxing. There is also an additional guest bathroom. The open fireplace in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere, especially during cooler evenings in the transitional seasons.
On the lower ground floor, there are two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Both bedrooms have direct access to and views of the pool area.
Furthermore, there is an entertainment room with a large TV and Wii game console (with a sofa bed) as well as two more rooms.
