Just like our guests, we have to plan things a long time in advance. That's why bookings are binding. If something unforeseeable makes your holiday impossible, let us know as early as you can. We've always managed to find a solution so far.
If there is a travel warning for Portugal or if you have Corona, you will receive your rental payment back.
The following cancellation conditions apply if you have to cancel due to another important reason:
For cancellations made up to three months before the start of the rental period,
the cancellation costs are 25% of the rental price; for up to two weeks, the costs are 50%.
After that, the full rental price is payable, minus the expenses saved on-site.
If you cancel and we manage to rent out part or all of the vacancy to someone else,
we will offset this revenue against your cancellation charges.

Die Fußbodenheizung macht es im Herbst angenehm warm, die großen Fensterfronten erhellen nicht nur den Hauptraum, es tut der Seele gut...
Die Küchenecke hat alles, was gebraucht wird, im Ort gibt es 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad und die Sauna ein Traum- es fehlt an nichts!
Wir waren zum 2.mal Gast bei Familie Wiegand, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist und Probleme schnell angeht, sollten welche auftauchen... wir hatten minimal Wasser an der Fensterfront, als der Sturm tobte- das wird/ wurde geklärt.
Die Lage, nur 100m zur Promenade/ Strand ist wunderbar- man ist sofort am Wunschort. Großenbrode hat eine schöne Seebrücke und die Promenade zum Spazieren, ist aber ansonsten ein Ort für Menschen, die die Ruhe lieben, wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer tollen Casa
Einmalig ist der Blick von der Terrasse über den Pool zum Atlantik. Der Garten grünt und blüht.
Aufgrund der guten Lage sind viele Badebuchten, Strände und süße Fischerorte schnell zu erreichen.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
Erholsame und sorglose Urlaubstage an spektakulärer Küste
Alles hat gut geklappt und funktioniert. Die nette Wirtsfamilie war immer erreichbar und hilfbereit.
Innerhalb von Tagestouren kann man die ganze Algarve kennenlernen. Der Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
